2nd Annual Joan Memorial Clinic
May 16 @ 11:30 am - 2:00 pm$65
A Note About the Joan Memorial Clinic
My mom was my hero. She was a warrior – she fought breast cancer three times in 20 years and won. She did it all with a positive attitude and absolute fearlessness.
We all have a story like this. We know a strong female role model who got their time cut short. Maybe we know someone still fighting, or a survivor. That’s what this clinic is about. Supporting fearless women who are going through or won the fight of their lives.
Mom’s birthday was in May – it was actually May 16th. I can’t think of a better way to spend her birthday and celebrate her than to do something I love to support women who are going to win their battles with breast cancer. That’s why half of all proceeds will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the Pink Fund.
The Joan Memorial Clinic
Join CNC Fastpitch for a fun, fast paced day of softball for a good cause. The clinic is geared towards all levels of play, from 8u recreational ball to 18u Gold. Players will be grouped according to skill level for a great workout.
The Clinic will be broken into two sessions, hitting and defense. Defense will focus on quickness and footwork for both infield and outfield positions. Hitting will focus on fundamentals to gain power and speed in the swing.
