SURPRISE – FREE Softball Skills Clinic
December 15, 2018 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am UTC+0
FREE? Yes, you read that right.
This is a thank you to the Minnesota softball community. To all the girls working hard everyday. To the coaches, parents, and players who love the game so much.
EVERYONE deserves quality softball coaching. They deserve to be inspired, challenged, and to grow. They deserve a space to become better athletes AND better people. So, in partnership with the Lab Athletic, we excited to offer that free space to you.
Join us, for a one time FREE special event. Saturday, December 15th. 9 am – 11 am at the Lab Athletic in Ham Lake, MN. Ages 9 and up welcome.
CNC clinics are loud. They are challenging. They push you to find the leader inside you. You’re going to leave as a better player than you started. We’re going to go to work on defense, hitting, and softball specific speed/agility training.
Softball skills will be led by Coach Nikki Caicedo, CNC founder, and former collegiate softball player. Speed and Agility training will be led by Nikki, Lead Sports Performance Trainer at the Lab Athletic. Other current high school varsity players and current/former collegiate softball players will be assisting as well.
Defense: fast paced, unique drills to help you build a better player from the ground up. Focused on footwork, quicker transfers, and glove work.
Hitting: Intro to hitting to focus on hand path, use of lower body, power, and follow through.
Speed and Agility: Softball specific sports performance training, agility and speed work.
